Booking Conditions and
Information.
It is
advisable to telephone for confirmation of availability before
sending your booking form and deposit.
Pets/Smoking: Sorry, no smoking
or pets are allowed.
Disabled: Not
suitable for disabled guests.
Payment: A deposit of £100 of
the rental is payable on booking. Provisional bookings are held for
3 working days. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. For
bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, the total amount is
payable on booking. Non payment of the balance, for which no further
reminder will be sent, shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the
booking.
Linen: No bed linen, towels or
tea-towels are provided.
Cancellation:In the event of
cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let your week. If this
is possible your rental will be refunded, less the deposit and any
revenue loss. If we are unable to re-let your holiday then none of
the money paid to us can be refunded. It is strongly recommended
that you take out cancellation insurance.
Bookings are not
transferrable. The owner reserves the right to refuse
bookings.
Non-availability: If for any
reason beyond our control the house is not available for the time
booked (e.g. fire damage) any monies paid in advance will be repaid
in full. There will be no other claim against the owner.
Hirer's Responsibility: The
Hirer is responsible for the house and is expected to take
reasonable care of it. The house and its contents must be left in
the condition in which the Hirer found them and therefore, clean and
tidy. Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for
before departure. Please contact the owner/caretaker in such an
event.
Owners Liability: The Owner
will not be liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage
sustained by any guest, their family, visitors, vehicles or personal
effects however caused.
Complaints: Any complaint must
be made in writing to the owner before the end of the hiring
period.
Emergencies: In the event of
urgent repairs being needed the hirer agrees to permit the owner or
owners workmen to enter the accommodation to undertake/assess
remedial work.
Arrival and Departure: Please
arrange to arrive after 3 p.m. and vacate your house by 10 a.m.
Numbers: Under no circumstances
may more than the number of persons booked occupy a property, except
by prior arrangement.
Key Collection:Details of key
collection/return will be sent after payment of the balance of hire
charges.
Lost Property: Any property found
at the house will be held for one month, after which time it will be
disposed of. |
